Thanks to its special filter, Hello Bidet connects to the tap and works only thanks to the water pressure, without batteries or electricity.

The installation of Hello Bidet is really simple: just unscrew the aerator filter of your tap and replace it  with the aerator provided in the packaging. 

After you mount the aerator filter, it is possible to connect Hello Bidet in a fast and easy way every time you want.

The aerator of the tap must be substituted with the adapter provided in the package (both Hello Bidt Basic and Travel) only the first time, because the Hello Bidet aerator filter allows regular functioning of the tap ensuring water filtering and airing.  

It is possible to connect Hello Bidet also thanks to the quick universal adapter Addy (provided only in the packaging Hello Bidet Travel), ideal while travelling.

Hello Bidet can be connected to the tap in two ways:  

With filter adapter (included in Basic and Travel version) compatible with all taps with standard aerator filter (according to CEN EN 246), both with internal and external thread. (All non-screw taps are usually included in this standard). Adapters are available for non-standard threads. This system is ideal at home.  

Otherwise with quick universal adapter “Addy” (provided in the packaging Hello Bidet Travel  and can also be purchased separately as an accessory) that connects without having to remove the filter from the tap. It is ideal  while travelling (in a hotel , camping, boat, etc.). 

It is possible to connect Hello Bidet also to the shower hose thanks to the multifunction joint for shower (accessory).

Absolutely not.  The filter adapter Hello Bidet  must be installed only the first time and it is not necessary to unscrew it at the end of each usage of Hello Bidet.  

The aerator filter Hello Bidet - infact - allows the tap to work regularly, guaranteeing filtering and airing of the water.

If your tap thread is different to that one of filter adapter Hello Bidet, other adapters are available for use with non standard threads.

Alternatively, it is also possible to connect Hello Bidet to the tap with quick universal adapter “Addy” (provided in the packaging Hello Bidet Travel  and can also be purchased separately as an accessory) or to the shower hose thanks to the multifunction joint for shower (accessory)

Hello Bidet doesn't require any particular maintenance, it doesn't fear scale, and thanks to the high quality of its materials, it guarantees a long duration.

Hello Bidet system works just as well with low water pressure.

Hello Bidet is the only system equipped with a valve (Patented System) that automatically discards excess water pressure in the sink, guaranteeing an optimal water-jet and making it not dangerous for washing intimate parts.

Additionally the water jet can be also regulated by the tap or the showerhead during washing.

Water leakage from the lower part of the graft is absolutely normal and, indeed, it shows the correct operation of the control valve for water pressure (Patented System).

Thanks to this valve, some water is discharged into the sink ensuring the water jet is optimal and never too strong.

Thanks to the special valve, it is not necessary to press the command of the showerhead when you open the tap.

After opening the tap, you have all the time to sit on the toilet and start the washing.
