CONNECTION TO THE TAP

Hello Bidet connects directly to the tap and it works only thanks to the water pressure, without the use of batteries or electricity.

To connect Hello Bidet simply replace (only for the first time) your tap filter with one of the provided Hello Bidet special filters suitable for male and female connectors.

Hello Bidet special aerator filter connects to all the taps with standard screwable aerator filter (according UNI-EN 240 standards)ː Hello Bidet special filter, once installed to the tap, allows the normal use of the tap, aerating, filtering and water saving.

It is possible to use Hello Bidet, thanks to “Addy” (International patent pending)   the quick universal adapter, ideal  while travelling (included only in the “Travel” kit or sold as an accessory).

Hello Bidet can be connected to the shower hose through the multifunction shower fitting (accessory).

Connection with filter adapter for mounting to the tap:

Provided with both Hello Bidet and Hello Bidet Travel

1) Unscrew the filter of your tap;

2) Screw the Hello Bidet filter;

3) Hook the connector* to the tap and use Hello Bidet.

To install Hello Bidet to the tap, the filter of the tap must be substituted with the Hello Bidet filter  ONLY the first time you use Hello Bidet.

Connection to the tap with quick universal adapter "ADDY"

Provided with Hello Bidet Travel and available separately as an accessory for  Hello Bidet .

1) Hook the quick universal adapter Addy to the tap, without unscrewing the filter; 

2) Join the connector* to Addy and use Hello Bidet. 

 Addy can be connected to all taps with water filter with an outside diameter from 16mm to 25mm and minimum length of 5 mm.

*USE OF HELLO BIDET

After you mount the filter adapter or the quick universal adapter Addy, hook the special connector Hello Bidet and open the water adjusting the temperature to lukewarm. A trickle of water will come out below the special connector Hello Bidet (Patented), that allows you to control the desired temperature with your hands.

Once you reach the desired temperature, position yourself on the toilet and, pressing the command of the Hello Bidet shower, enjoy using the most practical, useful and versatile handheld bidet shower on the market!
